Abstract
In article the basic problems sharply facing small business in our country and abroad are presented, and is traced that the majority of specified problems are conformable with difficulties which have met and continue to meet on a way of businessmen of the developed countries. Necessity of formation of accessible system of an infrastructure of support of subjects of small business is shown.
